Welcome

While the previous design of this website discarded tables in favor of Cascading Stylesheets and XHTML, this one has gone to the next step, relying much more heavily on CSS and using more of its features. In addition to the "face-lift", we've improved accessibility and usability, made the site easier to maintain, and through smaller page sizes significantly improved download time at any connection speed. At the same time, we've incorporated some newer Flash technology on selected pages for those of you on broadband.
